Who I Am.
I'm a Northern Californian who now calls Seattle home. My career has spanned agencies, startups, enterprise technology, and leadership roles, including helping scale products at Meta and building Product Design from 0→1 at Topstep.
Today, my work sits at the intersection of Product Design, Product Strategy, and Organizational Leadership. While my foundation is in designing products and experiences, I increasingly focus on building the teams, systems, and decision-making frameworks that enable organizations to create better products and stronger customer outcomes.
I'm particularly interested in organizational design, AI-enabled product development, and helping teams navigate the intersection of customer needs, business objectives, and technical realities.
At my core, I'm a builder. Sometimes that means building products. Increasingly, it means building the people, systems, and structures that make great products possible.
